The 1 Minute Trick That Helps De-Puff and Firm Your Skin

Luckily, there is an easy 1 minute trick that can help alleviate puffiness, improve circulation, and make you look more rested. Facial massage, also known as “lymphatic drainage,” helps “wake” the skin up and dissipate any excess water that may be causing puffiness.

By massaging a few pressure points throughout your face, you can (sometimes drastically) improve the look of your skin -no fancy tools or creams needed! Best of all, if you have allergies or sinus congestion, it also helps alleviate that stuffy feeling and pressure.
